Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for damaged products.If your order arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing: The unopened package,The full unboxing process, andThe visible damage to the item.
The video must be submitted within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement request.Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment and may take 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the product has been shipped.
If you need to make changes to your order (such as shipping address or item variation), please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
